Guru Purnima, a traditional festival celebrating teachers, was observed with devotion and reverence at Horizon International Academy. On this special day, students expressed their gratitude towards their teachers by organizing a variety of cultural programs.

The program began with the chanting of mantras. The honourable Principal of the school, Mrs. Poonam Singh, inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp. Following this, students presented speeches and poems highlighting the importance of gurus. They also showcased the role of teachers effectively through group singing, dance, and drama performances.

Students expressed their love and respect by offering flower bouquets and greeting cards to their teachers. In her address, the Principal emphasized the significance of the day, describing a guru as a “guiding lighthouse.”

The celebration turned out to be a truly inspirational and memorable event for all students.
