Nashik, 10 December 2025: Human Rights Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Horizon International Academy. Various activities were organized to promote awareness about equality, dignity, and freedom for all. Aligning with this year’s global theme, the programme emphasized the importance of protecting and upholding human rights in everyday life. The event began with a special assembly in which students presented impactful speeches, poems, and skits showcasing the role of human rights in creating a just and peaceful society. Teachers explained the historical significance of Human Rights Day and encouraged students to stand against discrimination and injustice. Through creative and interactive activities such as poster-making, slogan-writing, and group discussions, students gained a deeper understanding of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
